Where can I find my referral code?
If you have a Ploom account, you can find your Ploom referral code under My Account / Referral Programme.
Log in to your account and select the Referral Programme section on your account dashboard. There, you will find your personal referral code, which you may share privately with eligible individuals*. You can share your code with up to 10 people.
If you do not yet have a Ploom account, you will need to create one in order to receive a referral code.
Recipients must be adults aged 18 or over, existing users of nicotine products, residents of the Republic of Croatia, and new to Ploom products.
