Do I stay on the new Ploom Club level forever after I reach it?

When you collect enough points, you automatically move up to a higher Ploom Club level.

If you reach a higher level during your first year of membership, you will stay at that level until the end of the following year. After that, your level will be updated at the end of each calendar year, depending on the points you have collected.

If you don’t collect enough points, you will be assigned the corresponding lower level.
