How do I disconnect or remove a device from the app?

To disconnect a device or remove it from the app, simply tap the name of the device you want on the app’s home screen, where all paired devices are displayed. Then you can choose one of the following options:

1. Disconnect device - temporarily disconnect the device from the app.

2. Remove device - permanently remove the device from the list of paired devices in the app.

Note: Removing a device from the app does not delete the device from your Ploom account. You can reconnect and pair the device with the app again at any time to regain full access and control.
