My Ploom AURA isn’t working. What should I do?

If your Ploom device stops working, first check the following:

1. Battery level. If it’s low, connect your Ploom device to charge.

2. Whether the slider is closed

3. Whether the USB‑C cable is connected to the device and working properly

4. Whether the front cover is correctly attached to the device


If you still can’t start the Ploom device, reset it:

1. Remove the front cover.

2. Press and hold the small button with a thin, blunt object for about 5 seconds, until the device vibrates.

3. Put the cover back on the device.
