How can I remove the manual lock on my Ploom AURA device?
You can deactivate the manual lock on your Ploom AURA device at any time:
1. Connect your Ploom AURA device to the charger.
2. Open and close the slider.
3. Press the button area twice.
4. Press and hold the button area again for 3 seconds. The device will vibrate and the LED line will light up.
5. Leave the device. After 20 seconds, the device will vibrate again and the LED line will start flashing.
6. The process is complete. Manual lock has been deactivated.
Note: If you reset the device, the lock function will be automatically deactivated.
