How does the device lock and unlock option work?
The device lock/unlock feature gives you full control over your Ploom AURA, whether you want to store it safely or take a break between sessions.
When locked, the device cannot be used or heated until you unlock it again. The device will automatically lock 15 minutes after a session ends, after unlocking the device, or after reconnecting to the phone (unless a new session starts or the device reconnects to the phone again before this time window ends).
To lock or unlock your device, use the lock/unlock button in the app or manually enter the lock pattern directly on your device.
