Ploom Club is our loyalty program. You’ll automatically join when you register for your Ploom account on our website. Being a Ploom Club Member allows you to collect and redeem points in exchange for sensational rewards – from special offers to invitations to private events, to personalized services, and much more. Yes. Ploom points do expire. Your Ploom points are valid for two calendar years. It's a good idea to check at the end of each calendar year to see if any of your points are about to expire and check your membership level. Please discover Ploom Club Terms and Conditions.

Sadly you can’t transfer your Ploom points to a friend. Please discover Ploom Club Terms and Conditions.

When you earn enough points, you will be automatically upgraded to the next level. In your first year, if you reach a higher level, you’ll stay there until the end of the next year. After that, your status will be updated at the end of each calendar year if you have collected enough points. If you haven’t earned enough points, you’ll remain or go back to the according level.
