How to register my Ploom device?

Registering your Ploom device is quick and easy.

Use your phone to scan the unique QR code located inside the box your device came in. (There is another QR code on the outside, but it is intended for retailers and is not used for registration.)

By scanning the code, you will be redirected to the page to create your personal account. Fill in the details and that’s it!

By registering your device, you receive additional warranty; you don’t need a fiscal receipt - by checking our internal system, you will be eligible for a replacement or repair of the device in accordance with the law. Not only that: you also receive Ploom Club points and a “Learn more about Ploom Club” link - by registering, you not only activate the warranty but also automatically earn Ploom Club points on your account.
