How to download the app on an iOS device?
For iOS devices, the Ploom app is currently available via a web app:
Download the Bluefy Web BLE browser from the App Store by typing “Bluefy” in the search bar or by clicking here.
After installing the "Bluefy" browser, open it and visit PWA link to access the Ploom web app.
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect and pair your Ploom device.
