How to clean Ploom AURA?

Cleaning the Ploom AURA device is very simple. We recommend cleaning your device once a month, or when you notice that the stick is harder to insert into the heating chamber.

1. Remove the front cover.

2. Lightly moisten a new cleaning stick with water.

3. Insert the stick into the heating chamber and gently rotate it to remove any built-up residue. (There are two protrusions about 15 mm from the upper edge of the chamber.)

4. To remove any remaining moisture, open the slider, then press and hold the button area until the device vibrates and the LED bar starts pulsing.

5. Wait for the session to end so that the moisture fully evaporates. Do not skip this step to avoid unpleasant sensations caused by water vapor.

Now you’re ready to use your Ploom again!
