How to connect Ploom device to my phone?
To connect your Ploom AURA device to your phone, turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the Ploom app. Log in or create a Ploom account, then follow the on-screen instructions.
To add another device, tap the “+” icon on the home screen next to the previously connected device.
Once the device is connected, it is ready to be managed through the app.
If additional assistance is needed, a short video guide on connecting the device to the app is available.
