My Ploom AURA isn’t charging. What should I do?

First, check the following:

1. The USB cable may not be connected properly. Check all connections and use the original Ploom AURA charging cable.

2. The USB cable or power socket may not be working properly. Try using a different USB cable or power socket.

3. Reset the device – remove the front cover and press the small button located underneath.
